Options for levels 1, 2 or 3 are also called so that you can take it at your own pace.

Adapted cardio interval training class (originally held via Zoom) with low impact and lower intensity options to suit a range of medical conditions, postnatal and back pain. Options for levels 1, 2 or 3 are called so that you can take it at your own pace. Some of these classes include optional use of light weights (water bottles or tins of beans can be used instead).
