HIIT or MIIT Cardio + abs (please wear trainers).
This aerobic class is suitable for all (including those postnatal 12 weeks plus). A chance to get sweaty and raise the heart rate with high or low impact/intensity alternatives to suit.
*NB: please ensure that you have had your postnatal check or clearance with your GP and are ready for postnatal exercise prior to participation.
This check should be at 6-8 weeks post vaginal delivery and 8 -12 weeks post Csection.
